I often get asked by prospective customers, "how much do you charge"? That's a fair question, however, home inspections and related services in most instances cost far less than 1% of the purchase price of the home and most home inspectors charge rates that are usually very similar. Home inspection costs will probably be the item in the whole home purchase process that will cost you the least amount of money, however provides you with the largest protection, protection against making a poor investment in a poor property. Choosing a home inspector because they cost $25.00 dollars less than everyone else usually means just that, you will get that much less in your inspection services. Looking for an inspector that is the cheapest is not recommend, price is not what's important when selecting us. Look for an inspection company that gives you the most value added services for the money you are paying because the more added services you receive, the more protection you are receiving when making your most important investment. When someone asks you how your inspection went, do you want to say that you used the cheapest inspector in the area or the best inspector. I know which one I'm choosing, you decide which is the one you want, the cheapest or the best when it comes to the health and safety of you and your family. Contact me today if you want the BEST inspection.

Categories- High Efficiency Piping MaintenanceHas everyone dug out after the snow storm? Make sure you inspect and remove any snow around and covering high efficiency furnace piping you may have on the exterior of your home. Often these pipes are not very high off the ground because they exit your basement. Leaving these blocked could spell trouble for your furnace or even your safety should carbon monoxide back up into your home. So if you see any of these pipes outside it would be a good idea to clear any snow around this area completely.
