New York State Licensed Home Inspector License #16000066870
InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector Member #15072212

My name is Patrick Rightmier. I have 30+ years of experience in several building construction fields and home inspections. Those years of experience have afforded me the depth and breadth of experience needed to provide a solid foundation for being a New York State licensed home inspector.

My experience, passion for houses and helping others led me to attending C.A.T.S. of Syracuse. During my stint with this school for home inspector training, I furthered my knowledge of homes, their components and construction. My training with C.A.T.S involved a rigorous 100 hours of classroom training in the area of home inspection to include all components of the home. In addition to that classroom training, I performed field inspections totaling another 40 hours made up of 10 mock home inspections.

During my home inspector training I joined the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNachi). InterNachi is the world’s largest home inspector association. Membership with InterNachi requires regular continuing education training of at least 24 hours per year. Between InterNachi and New York State I must complete at least 36 hours of training per year insuring I maintain my license, membership and allowing me to stay current on important building practices.

I also hold a degree in accounting. This education has afforded me the background needed to run a successful home inspection business.

When I’m not involved with home inspections, I love spending time with my wife and two children and performing home improvements around my own home.

Superior Quality Home Inspection’s Promise to You

Choosing the right home inspector can be difficult. Unlike most professionals you hire, you probably won’t meet me until your inspection appointment–after you’ve hired me. Furthermore, different inspectors have varying qualifications, equipment, experience, reporting methods, and pricing. One thing that’s certain is that a home inspection requires a lot of work. Ultimately, a thorough inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector’s effort. If you honor me by permitting me to inspect your new home, I guarantee that I will give you my very best effort. This I promise you.
Sincerely,
Sig
