I will work to educate your client on the home that you both have found in a manner to make them confident about their decision to purchase the home. I am not an alarmist. I explain the defects to them and that all defects can be corrected.

I provide clients and realtors with immediate communication channels via phone, texting, and emails because I know how quickly all involved in the transaction want to keep the process moving forward.

I perform home inspections 7 days a week with easy scheduling. Clients can reach me anytime by phone, text, email or use our online scheduler for added convenience to schedule your inspection immediately 24 hours a day.

Reports are furnished to the client in less than 24 hours of the completed home inspection helping avoid lengthy delays to closing.

I will work with you and your realty company to periodically educate both new and seasoned agents on the home inspection process and NY’s standard operating procedures that inspectors follow. I would also be happy to come to your office and speak about anything home inspection related.

I am a fully insured, New York State Licensed, and International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) certified home inspector. This insures to you and your clients that I am taking more than double the required training each year to stay current with the latest building practices.

I will setup radon canisters two (2) or three (3) days before the inspection if that is more convenient for you. That will insure the results are returned to the client that much sooner.

My continuing education is always up to date and I often complete more than double the required amount of training required of me by New York State. This allows me to provide our clients with the most up to date information regarding a home’s defects.
